Summer Junior League
Do you want to play volleyball in Summer?

The Summer Junior League season runs from September to March each year.
Location: Summer League is played at Unley Life Be In It at Unley High School - Gate 1, 1 Kitchener Street Netherby. The game times will start at 6.30pm onwards. There is no duty, so it’s just come and play.
Who is welcome: Males and females of all ability levels aged 11-18 (year levels 7-12)
Trainings: Hallett Cove School Gym – Wednesday 5.30pm to 7.00pm
(Trainings for summer are recommended but not compulsory)

Fee: $165 total, including a $65 deposit available to be paid on the online shop.
Teams will be selected to make sure that players have as much fun as possible. In the past we have entered mixed teams of boys and girls. We try to keep age groups together.
Please note that summer is a way of keeping your skills up but is designed for fun.
Unlike our winter season summer teams can’t run without a team manager. We ask that one parent from each team, volunteer as a team manager. This doesn’t require any volleyball skill or knowledge. They will be required to enter names on the score sheet and make sure there are six players for the game.

This year our Summer League Coordinators are Bailey Ferguson and Isaiah Meredith. There will be a SAVC member present at the venues each Friday night to ensure the competition runs smoothly.
