Mental Health Initiative
Mental Health Training course
The members of the Mental Health Initiative have been working hard behind the scenes to roll out a mental health training course all coaches will have access to for the 2022 season. In the meantime, if you ever need someone to talk to please see any of the initiative members or someone you trust at the club and we will work together to help you.

5 ways to invest in yourself:
1. Learn something new with a book, podcast or expert YouTuber
2. Eat your fruits and veggies
3. Move your body in a way that feels good to you
4. Give yourself permission to relax
5. Get more sleep
Push Up challenge
CONGRATULATIONS to the reserve men for hitting 10,000 push ups in 25 days and coming first in the push up challenge, huge effort well done boys and CONGRATULATIONS to the women for raising the most money for headspace Marion. This was the first year South has taken on the push for better challenge and you can bet we will be back next year stronger! In total $519 dollars were raised and 24,480 pushups were Completed. The mental health initiative committee want to say how grateful and proud we are of all the teams for being so enthusiastic and involved in this new initiative at South. You guys rock!
