Mental Health Training course

 The members of the Mental Health Initiative have been working hard behind the scenes to roll out a mental health training course all coaches will have access to for the 2022 season. In the meantime, if you ever need someone to talk to please see any of the initiative members or someone you trust at the club and we will work together to help you.

1. Learn something new with a book, podcast or expert YouTuber
2. Eat your fruits and veggies
3. Move your body in a way that feels good to you
4. Give yourself permission to relax
5. Get more sleep
