This year we celebrate the clubs 20th Anniversary. South Adelaide Volleyball Club is one of six clubs contesting the State’s Premier Volleyball League. The club currently has approx 120 players participating in 14 teams, ranging from State League through to Junior League. We also have a number of members who are previous players and still participate in Masters competitions under the South Adelaide banner. We currently have an affiliation with Hallett Cove High School which will build a stronger base of players for the future. Our club has a strong commitment to becoming South Australia’s Number 1 club both in playing success at elite levels and also through developing our junior players. Over the years the club has produced many players that have continued their careers at a national level in both indoor and beach volleyball. Since 2002, South has had members playing in the Australian Volleyball League which includes other club teams from all over Australia. The club has been very competitive since it’s creation in 1987 and each year develops into an even stronger club.
